Christoph has spent several years at the forefront, negotiating on behalf of the works councils with the employer on topics such as the formation of a European Works Council, the transformation of a public limited company (AG) into a European company (SE - Societas Europea), and all matters related to collective labour law within the company. He previously worked as a labor lawyer in law firms and has since been employed by large multinational corporations. Additionally, he taught labour law for many years at the University of Erfurt.
For several years, Christoph has been advising and supporting, among others, schools, broadcasting institutions, and publishing companies as so-called "tendency businesses." He teaches ecclesiastical labour law at the Catholic Academy Rhein-Neckar as well as in the Archdiocese of Freiburg. He advises and trains both employee representation bodies (MAVs) and employers in the areas of co-determination and economic cooperation (WiA).
